EVENT DESCRIPTION
Following an e-survey launched in 2021 collecting input from more than five hundred organizations, providers, and experts, and considering the growing interest in Green Skills in ETF partner countries and beyond, in 2022-23 ETF designed specific guidelines for developing and recognizing Green Skills.
Guidelines provide a set of recommendations based on experiences in producing Green Skills and recognition of small learning experiences to support countries in developing their national frameworks for Green Skills and guide individual providers to design, issue, and recognize Green Skills.

What is the Creating New Learning initiative?
Creating New Learning (CNL) is a multi-annual initiative central to delivering the European Training Foundation’s 2027 Strategy in relation to innovation in teaching and learning.
CNL aims to encourage the development, implementation and dissemination of innovative teaching and learning practices in the ETF partner countries, in order to develop more effective and inclusive education and training systems.
About
ETF
Their mission is to help transition and developing countries harness the potential of their human capital through the reform of education, training, and labour market systems, in the context of EU external relations policies.
They support 28 countries bordering the EU to improve their vocational education and training systems, analyse skills needs, and develop their labour markets. By doing so, they help them to improve social cohesion and achieve more sustainable economic growth.
